I kinda had the opposite experience w my ST rear sway bar. I installed it when it was lowered ~ 2", and it bolted to the holes already in the rear frame.
Then when I got tired of bottoming out on every bridge abutment and every other bump in the road, and just generally handling like shit, I took the 2" blocks out. Then the ST bar would not bolt into the same existing holes, so then I had to drill new ones.
