Well with old setup.......

Latest version of the ultimate for stock injectors
Stock turbo(shot)
3,000 converter
stock I/C with all the normal line re-routing
Walbro pump
Fresh plugs, taylor wires, cap, rotor, etc
stock exhaust

13.5@100 nearly ZERO knock (I have an old diacom run)

New setup...........

PTE 54
PTE's 50 lb inj
50lb Ultimate version 3
Aquamist
Fresh plugs cap rotor, wires, etc
Still stock I/C
Open Dump for exhaust

13.9@97 twice and all other runs were 14.2@95-96 ish

Several problems I think I've figured out is TC isn't locking at all now, it did at around 70mph on my old run. It does during normal driving.

No boost to speak of 12psi MAX , wastegate rod seems to be cranked pretty tight after another 3 additional turns or so .

And lastly, knock knock and more knock although DM is throwing errors, i'm assuming the knock showing on the frames in between errors is legit??

I have a "before" diacom file and "after" DM files I can e-mail or AIM xfer them if anyone wants to take a looksie.

Kinda stumped on this one.........

What program were you running? How is boost w/o the water injection ? The water/alky injection really throws everything for a curve. You are best off to tune w/o it, then add it in once you have some baselines, and know what's going on.

I went from t1 15 to t1 16 to t1 17 seems to be no change in boost or the knock with or without the boost solenoid connected.

I did shut the aquamist off and made one run and my laptop f'd up that run so no run saved there, but timeslip was about the same thats all i know about that run unfortunately :-?

Boost still sitting at about 11-12.5 without aquamist on that run

another bit of info, o2 mv seemed to stick in the low 900's which from what i've read is about right....
