I'm going to piggyback off this thread:
I'm having the same problem, only I max out around 13.5 psi and stay there very consistently in datamaster. Would a vacuum leak be the reason for this? What else COULD it be? I don't have a code 35 or any codes for that matter...
The rod is adjusted per kwick6's link he posts everywhere (I searched), but my WGDC is stuck at 74.9% for some reason...

you can adjust all day long, but the bottom line is that the stock WG will only go so far as to functioning properly. Some trucks dont' have much of a problem, but most everyone will agree the stock WG sucks.
Go with an external gate on the crossover, or an entire new turbo kit.

ya but even if it works "OK" its still not going to perform like an external IMO or a properly sized internal such as on the PTE setups.
