That might explain why I haven't been able to get any response from him.....We agreed on a custom order and price.........and then that was all I heard from him. He's always done me good in the past....so I was confused as to why he hasn't been responding. I know he's been reading my emails.....just haven't been getting any responses from him. I'm ready to get this order in and paid for.
Hopefully he'll get a hold of me soon.

I have dealt with Jon and i would say that there is a good reason for him not getting back to you if it is him moving his shop or what ever it is give him a chance. great guy to deal with....:tup:

Well I hope it isn't too much longer until Jon finds some free time. I paid for a electric fan mounting kit 6 months ago but he's been so busy I don't think he's put it together yet. I don't miss it too bad since it's winter, but my Ty is tore apart right now and it would be nice to have the kit as I put it all back together.

I have no patience for -people like that. When you run a business you should always keep your customers informed of whats going on. If it werte me I wouldve told you what was up and refunded your money if thats what you had wanted. Just my opinion.

I ordered a set of Syclone decals with shipping to Germany.I have pay with Pay Pal 6 weeks ago.
After 4 weeks i send him an e-mail.
He said: " Yea, we moved to a new location and just got the internet connected this week. Looks like it'll take awhile to get caught up again. Some orders went out later than expected and I know for sure that all orders wil be filed and shipped by this weekend. I am at home right now so i can't check when yours was shipped but we haven't taken any new orders until we are 100% caught up and everything is out. I am not sure how long it takes for delivery to Germany but I can't imagine it taking more than 10-15 days so if you don't have them by mid Dec. then I'll overnight you a new set and you can ust keep the others whenever they arrive.
That´s the last contact with Jon.
I order by him because i wrote very many good ratings about Jon (mirradographics).
I hope i become my decals.

I just saw this post... and just got active again last day or two. I posted a message about the issues around here and shut down everything until things are right with everyone here. I don't have the paperwork in front of me but as I said in the last Email I sent to you... I'll ship your set out the fastes way the post office will get them to you. You will also be recieving a partial if not full refund via Paypal.

If anyone gets a second set of the order, feel free to keep them or sell them. If anyone does not receive their order by the first week of January, I will have a new Email address set up specifically for SyTy.net members to contact me.
Although the outages were a contributing factor to some of the issues, that's not what started it all... "THE" harddrive completely stopped spinning awhile ago and I was forced to replace it. Needless to say I lost everything except what I had backed up for "on site" cutting. I lost the entire database of orders/payments/shipping info along with current projects. I've had to borrow a computer to log into PayPal and attempt to decipher everything.kreepinty said:
