Re: Lloyd Mats

If I was to order a set id be really worried about getting the right color to match. So I wonder if you could mail them a OE rear matt to match to and then just send it back to you with the new set? Just an idea.

Re: Lloyd Mats

Anyone got a line on the color that matches best with our interiors? I got a 93 Ty that I'm going with Lloyds on for mats. The wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas, and I said the mats...LOL

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

Re: Lloyd Mats

There are a lot of color choices and different shades of grey (see below). If you order them from AutoVation, I can guarantee the color match . It will take 1-2 weeks for Lloyd to produce them and approx. 1 week for shipment (UPS ground from Cali).

You can order 3/4 way down the page: http://www.autovationparts.com/store/page154.html with code 1177913689 for a 10% discount.

With an order, I can send you swatches of the different color options and you can select what matches your interior the best.

Re: Lloyd Mats

For SyTy.net, I should be able to beat pricing on any other website.

UM5 3347800 2 Pc Front Mats ($74.61)

Selected options:
Make Model Year: GMC Syclone 1991
Mat Color: 128 Graphite
Logo: 826008 ($29.70) - Syclone Letters Embroidery
Thread: 903 Red
$ 104.31

If you can beat that, I'll take it. I'd much prefer to deal with a board member vs. somebody unknown.

If you do other makes/models as well, I might order some for another car too. I got some crappy weathertechs that I'd like to replace.

Without a discount, our price is $104.90. Using the 10% coupon code above the cost is $94.41. I assume shipping will be the same regardless where you order ($20) so it should save you $10.

We have a distributorship with Lloyd so no problems getting any of their products. Best to order all at once to avoid the extra shipping costs.

The $104 was shipped.... 0$ ups ground.

I'm not gonna bicker about $10... would still rather deal from a known vendor.

Let me know when you are ready to order, I should be able to come under that price. I need to make a call tomorrow and verify.

Note the Lloyd Mats come with hooks to lock the mats in place.

There is also a new design out this year that you may be interested in:

What keeps those hooks in place?

They screw directly into the carpet. You can unscrew them and the hole left is pretty much invisible (the carpet forms back together leaving a small crack in the rubber not visible through the carpet fibers).

Re: Lloyd Mats

What I am finding to be a bit dificult is I want a complete set of mats 2 peice front, 1 piece middle and 1 piece back. There is an option to add custom but not going to colors like I see on other sites. That gets a bit fustrating and forces me back to look at the other sites that walk you thru the process a bit easier. It may cost a few more dollars but it shows/assures me I am getting what I want with the correct Typhoon font and color....Can you chime in on this Tony?

Sorry for the delay, I just got back from Shindig. Driving the Sy for 6 hours wears you out, especially when you blow a rear shock 12 hours before the auto-x. :squint:

I agree, our website is not really set up easy to order the floor mats. Of course we can get all the same colors that everyone else does. You will get the correct Typhoon font (Lloyd Mats has a license to produce it from GM). Regarding the colors, if you do not see what you are looking for you can always send me an e-mail to confirm the color you would like to order. You will receive the correct color and at a lower cost than anyone else. You can PM or e-mail specific questions on your order. If you would like a specific color, I can add it to the website as well if you prefer.

Re: Lloyd Mats

No one has any input for what is the best color to match a Ty interior, hmmm? :shocked!:

Are the Ty interiors the same color as the Sy's? Here is the color pallete to choose from. When you are ready to order just let me know which number you want and you will get the correct color. As you can see there are 3 colors that are almost exactly the same as the Sy interior, it would just depend on the angle you are looking at it from.
