Re: Lights gone crazy

make sure the taillight bulbs are not put in wrong,or also they will burn out and short out and back feed your tailights as the filaments will cross inside,or check and see if you have a trailer plug someplace.or sometimes the solder on the contacts melts and touches

Ya, it's got a Turbo
Re: Lights gone crazy

Put your 4 way flashers on, then go look at your tail lamps. You'll find one of them has a different look. That's the one with the crossed filament.

Ok i checked the bulbs are they are fitted correct. It also does it with the ing off so i went for a drive and when i got back the drivers window started playing up and would go up 1/2" at a time. I left it for 5mins and the window shut no probs and now the lights are ok.WTF:rant:

Ground problem somewhere possibly?

Re: Lights gone crazy

You have a bad bulb (L/R or R/R) or possibly a bad ground at your tail lights. Your tail lights are the only thing that can possibly connect your brake light circuit to your parking light circuit.
And now, you need a power window motor too.
Two separate issues - completely unrelated.

Re: Lights gone crazy

Well the problem was a bulb going bad, it still worked fine but i swaped it and problem solved:roll:. It was that easy i put the old bulb back in to check and the problem was back. In all my years i have never known a bulb that works fine to cause a problem like this. It must be a syty thing;)
