leaning out of control

So after warm up & still showing open loop with the 50# ultimate ( but it showed closed all the time with just a stock chip) & a reacuring code 42
the AFR goes lean to the point that if you add a load: A/C, lights, put in gear. it will stall. Turn it off , restart & its fine , showing about 13 AFR for awile then in only about 15 secs. it goes lean again. FP @ idle is 44# & it is a fairly new ESM. Already tried new O2 & with IC off you can here IAC adjusting as needed. Just seems like injectors aren't getting any sig. to increase fuel. Similar happenings with DFI.

Any ideas, thanks Dave

just a thought....my ty was severly leaning out and pinging when my alternator was going out some time back...it charged fine most of the time but when i would put a load on it or nail it, the alterenator wouldn't charge...in know this because at night, the headlights would dim when i'd floor it...new alternator solved my problems...
