Back again with a few more issues after you guys helped me sort out my turbo coolant lines. Finally got the truck up and running after a long 5 years sitting so I assumed it was gonna have a few more problems. Figured Id just make a single thread rather then clutter up the forum.
Anyway my first issue is I've got an injector (#2 I believe, passenger side front) leaking fuel from the bottom up, IE from the injector bung upwards. It seems to be spitting almost fizzing fairly steady as soon as the rail sees any pressure. Could this be just an o-ring or is the injector possibly cracked? Where might someone find factory replacement injectors?
Second Issue I ran into was after putting a new Johnson IC pump (hot wired), Sport machines Lower IC, and Heater hoses through the fender. For some reason I cant get the pump to turn on, its hot wired from the firewall relay. The factory pump worked just fine albeit slow and weak. So I'm not entirely sure where I should start looking. A second note about proper flow aswell, Ive searched quite a bit to help determine proper flow but for some reason Im still unsure. With a Johnson pump which side is your Suction and Outlet I assumed it was the straight fitting on the end was the suction and the other 90 was the outlet is that correct?
Third issue which might or might not have anything to do with the IC pump issue. I noticed the under hood light would flicker without any real pattern with the truck running. I've installed a brand new battery and double checked the alternator is charging just fine. Haven't had a chance to test the power bank on the firewall yet to see if its receiving adequate voltage.
