I can tonite if you'd like?? Its painted black though...sorta hard for me to prove visually,lol.
But I promise its alum. I can't imagine it being helpful in a collision really ?? :roll: But light nonetheless.
I'll snap some shots when I get home if your serious ? I'm still here at the shop working on Adams CF hood stuff. SHouldn't you be on a date ? :lol:

yea i def want some pics. pics of it next to a steely would be great too if you have them both handy. this is more important than any silly CF project.

I bet Renzy is thinking of making a tooling stamp for alloy supports !! I KNEW it ,hahaha. Cats outa the bag.

My steel support is still on my Sy, so no pic of it tonite anyway. But the alloy version looks to be stamped from the same tooling. Lights etc. as well as steel bolt inserts are the same.......is this evidently a RARE thing ? :dunno:

I have two mint ones off my Sy (atleast they were when I put them away 4 years ago) I can bring them to them Nats if I drive.

Sounds great Dgoodhue ! Pick the truest one......it needs to fit your Sy and a perfect cover REALLY WELL in order to work right for this job at hand.....are you up to it possibly.
