I have done a lot of research and reading, and I have come to the conclusion that the easiest way to avoid any type of issues with these trucks is to simply not drive them. It is much easier to just talk about them.

Actually, the recipe is:

Buy low mileage STOCK truck.
Wash
Place in garage
Don't touch it
Enjoy

p.s. drive it around once in a while, but don't overdo it.
Show up events and accept compliments on your low-mileage example

I never drive mine. But I still work on one of them almost every day.

Nothing major usually. Except the Black B**ch. I have lots of parts that need to be installed on it. I just haven't been brave enough to start in on it.

Yes...........they only break if you use them ( like harbor freight tools:rotf

I disagree. I never drive mine, and the list of things to fix on it seems to keep growing.
