That's right! My Typhoon is alive! :woot: (video coming soon)

It's back together and it started right up... minus a few starter clicks. :lol:

Time to go get some coolant. What's the capacity of the IC and what's the combo again... 50/50 with distilled water and water wetter? We're headed to Walmart in a bit to get some and I need to know how much to get.

I just used 50/50 coolant and water. Didnt use distilled and never had any problems. If I remember correctly its either 2 gal or 1 1/2. Congrats on gettin her running its a good feeling. Were you doing mods or just had problems with thigns?

Replaced a cracked pass side exhaust manifold, replaced the metal IC lines with heater hose, replaced stock IC pump with a Johnson, and I swapped my stock intake/upper IC with Aaron for his that were painted white. :tup:

After I get the IC filled and take it for a drive, I'll be able to see what's next on the list. I'm thinking Trans or TC was on it's way out when I parked it. I have an AFPR that needs to go on, and I just scored a Volvo fan today, so that will eventually go on as well.

But yeah, totally good feeling to hear it start up again, especially with the exhaust open right at the downpipe. :lol: Mine was welded from the DP back and we had to cut it to be able to move the dp to get the manifold out.

It's all good now. Just to hear it run after a year is enough for me. :tup:

That was a good feeling when you started it up. I am glad to help and to know there is another Ty on the road.
