Intercooler Pump Flow

I have a Jabasco I/C pump. When I was at the track I noticed my Mat were going from 120 to 200 at the end of the run. After some diagnosing, the pumps runs but it doesn't seem to flow all that much. The supply hose is cool, the return hose is hot. The line are not kinked at all (3/4" hose all the way) I tried to lift the IC as high as I could to get out Air bubbles no came out.

I put the supply hose into 1 gallon milk jug and after 2 minute it added about 1/2" antifreeze, does this seem low? It literally comes out about as quick as I can piss.

I think, that I answer my own question, I looked at Ron Gregories website and the jabsco pump has ratings at gallon/min, my jabsco pump is only pumping a few gallons/hr. So I am off to check the wiring, but if not it probably is a faulty pump...
