Intercooler Flow

I have a new johnson pump I am installing and wanted to know if the pump port faces to the passenger side.? Also what port on the upper cooler does the hose off the pump port go to? I have had the truck apart to long and I can not remember

Ok I had it on correct than. The other port off the pump, does it go to the upper or lower port on the upper intercooler? Is that the factory hold down for the pump? Thanx for the pics.
