OK, specifics. It's not a crossover - that would be side to side. This is back to front. Basically the water flow is in through the bottom of the heads at multiple points along their length but they only drain from the front. Dennis taps the holes with 3/8" pipe thread diameter (1/2" would be OK) and runs 5/8 inch hose.

you shouldn't sandblast the intake....sand will remain in the thing to later be sucked into your engine.

I didnt do any welding but i made it smooth
I gave a better look at your intake and i might do that overporting

Can you post a picture of this "cross-over" plumbing? Sounds like a good idea.

I'll ask Dennis to take a shot or two of it. I know I've seen at least 1 picture of a SyTy engine built with the same bypass. Dennis also puts it on the SBC engines he builds.
