Insurance

Does anybody out there have their Sy or Ty covered under "collector" vehicle insurance ? I've tried Grundy, Hagerty and about a dozen other local agencies. So far, no one will cover these vehicles. North Carolina is known for screwy insurance practices, but I can't be the ONLY person in this state to ask for special insurance coverage.

Opinions ? Suggestions ? Referrals ?

I have my (collector) Syclone covered by Grundy and I live in NJ. Probally the worst state as far as car insurance goes.

I actually looked into it, and State Farm did offer it for my Ty. Although the mileage restrictions sucked. You set a $$ amount on what you wanted insured and you have to keep a mileage log of everything...It was like maybe $200 a year or so...As it is, I only pay $450 a year and am restricted to 7500 miles with out having to keep a log. That seemed like a better deal to me.
