Installing urethane controll arm bushings?

Should i write up a how-to for removing the stock bushings and installing polyurethane bushings?? Would you guys find it usefull?

all u need to know is torch out the old ones and hammer in the new ones. other than that it's a huge PITA.

PS. dont forget the lowers are different front to back.
