Installed new parts, truck runs poorly, need help diagnosing (syclone)

truck is a 91 syclone, (SYTYGUYJEFF) i think my friends name is on here. it ran perfectly fine 100% stock when entering my garage. I installed a bunch of parts and now it runs poorly/barely runs. I will list the parts installed at the bottom after i describe whats happening. Soo the truck starts up like it should and tachs out to 1500 (cold start) then imediatly drops to 500rpms maybe and thats with me pedalling it to keep it alive. The truck has a wideband and its reading in the 10s at idle which is PIG rich. fuel pressure was set at 45psi base i believe, and even when i turn the fuel pressure down SUPER low (20psi) it doesnt change anything. Also, because it runs soo rich it wont tach out past 3000rpms, it almost sounds like it is on the 2step hesitating and it spools the turbo, but wont make above 1psi, i can barely drive it from the garage to the side yard. I have to pedal it in order to keep it alive and it seems like the engine response doesnt co-ordinate with my pedal movements. (TPS?) IT will hold a piss poor idle once warmed up. It almost seems like a severe vacuum leak, BUT i only removed the throttle body when installing all the parts and the gasket is in excellent condition. The truck has brand new vacuum lines and they are installed 100% correctly, i checked 5 times to be sure. The directions were simple, the kit came from some member here on this board.
All the engine and chassis grounds are connected, the firing order is correct, the injector clips are on the correct injectors. No matter how i adjust the distributor, it doesnt change a thing. I am tempted to put my Ls1 30# injectors in it to see what it does. It currently has 50# with the proper chip to run them.
-Parts installed-
2800 stall converter
61mm turbo
50# injectors (could they be low impedance instead of high?) or vice versa...
255 walbro fuel pump
3"DP
3" exhaust no cat
FMIC
MSD 6al box
3bar MAP
adjustable FPR w/ gauge
wideband (plx)
new vac lines
plugs gapped to .28 (i think, cant remember) maybe .24
wires, cap, rotor
boost gauge

Chip properly seated?

does it have a aftermarket chip? because a 3bar wont work with a stock ecm. and im pretty sure you don't have it set up for the bolt ons you installed (cause you said it come to you stock and running well, right?)

These are the problems that you will face when you do ALL that work at once. I would work backwards uninstalling the things you installed. Get one thing new to work and move to the next one. Sounds like your chip is not correctly seated or damaged. Could be your memcal. See if you can get another ecm or memcal and swap out and see if that works. Base fuel pressure for #50 is 42.5lbs. check your timing and reset your IAC.

yes the chip was recently burned by some reputable member on here, it was burned for the 50# injectors, 3bar MAP, etc.

Chip properly seated?

yes, perfectly locked into place.

what is a memcal? also, how do you reset the IAC?
im slowly working backyards, im going to yank the MSD shit next.

maybe an exhaust leak picking up o2 and setting the o2 sensor to open loop (i think) that's why it's pig rich even with low fuel pressure ? just my 2 cents

my bet is the injectors are low impedence ,, test the injectors for ohm's

Im thinking the same thing. I used to build turbo hondas and used 1000cc injectors with a resistor box, without the box they will do wierd things. Such as shower down the engine with fuel at idle and such. Im building a turbo ls1 setup right now and i have some old NA injectors that i know work perfect that im going to try out.

What ohm range should i be looking for on the injectors in this syclone to verify if they are or arent the correct ones?

the exhaust is sealed up properly and the O2 is positioned about 8" from the turbo on the downpipe.

yes it has an aftermarket chip that was suposedly burned for the 50# injectors, 3bar map, larger turbo, EGR delete, and ETC. The chip was tested prior to being sent to me for installation.

hey just a couple of small things. is your base timing wire (brown wire) maybe disconnected. does your map have vacuum to it.might be hooked up to ported side of throttle body by accident. good luck

thanks a ton! Its worse enough the truck isnt running correctly, let alone i screw up posting on the forums trying to correct the problem, haha.

nah i know, i had the posts cascading from newest to oldest and i thought for some reason i reposted the #1 post again in a response to someones help, so i deleted it, lol. AKA epic fail on my part.

the MAP is correctly routed to the backside of the intake manifold. Im gonna try and ohm these injectors right now. cross em!

First try putting the stock chip and the 2 bar back in. That would let you know if it's a chip/injector related issue.
