I still have AWD with my LS swpaped Ty. No turbo.

Jimmy got banned, most all of us miss his daily humorous sarcasm of education.
Facebook is in full swing and has contributed to the lack of forum nonsense and senseless questions from people who are too lazy to search the forums. Today people are getting way to lazy with social media. And most people feel the need to share how many times it took to wipe there #ass.

I think most of the forum couldn't stand his drunk and/or high posts and rants which he would edit, delete and repost three or four times whenever a new thought would pop into his head, granted this is only based off of the number of reported posts and complaint PM's we received on a given day when he was around. I'm not even including the countless fights he picked with Shaun (not saying he was innocent either) or anyone who happened to disagree with whatever it was he was trying and say at the time.
At one point Jimmy was a valuable asset to this site and friend to many as well, but unfortunately he just couldn't stop himself from being an asshole. He was given dozens of warnings, he was banned for short periods of time, each time returning, saying he would change, but never did. Maybe he thought he was untouchable, maybe he thought he would never be permanently banned and he could do whatever he wanted with no serious consequences, he was wrong.
Many of us do miss Jimmy, the real Jimmy, the one who was funny without being an asshole, the one who was around when this forum started. We do not miss the Jimmy of recent years who made 1 worthwhile post in 100. :tdown:

I tried to keep it a short and sweet aspect of how he spent his last days here. When I said most, I'm referring to the people who actually knew him before he went loco with the bullshit. I got to spend 05 nationals with Jimmy, then he was not the person he acted over the forums in his later days here. And yes part of it sarcasm, because who doesn't like to read a little gossip. But ultimately it "was" too much and too frequent.

I miss the old Jimmy too, I can't pinpoint exactly when he changed but I wanna say 2010? 2009? He was supposed to attend the first Bowling Green Nats and was driving there but then turned around and went home because of health issues I think? I did speak with him a few times on the phone since then and was even going to buy his Ty when he was getting rid of it, but ultimately the timing never worked out and I backed out on that deal. Part of me wishes I didn't so I could have seen my friend one more time, but I just couldn't get the time to make the trip down there.

Yup...social media had definitely caused this.
It has also caused a barrage of dumbass questions and not a single knowledgeable answer! It always turns into a dick swinging contest followed shortly by a meme war, lol
