IC pump

which is of the aftermarket replacement IC pumps installs with no modification?

I have seen the various threads for the Shurflo, Jabso and Johnson.

Opinions/thoughts? And where is the best place to get it.

Jabsco is a drop-in replacement. You just have to splice your connector onto its wires.

I have been doing the search on part number 59500-0012. Jabsco's website says this part number is obsolete. Is there an updated part number anyone knows of?

I would go here: http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com/ and buy a Johnson pump.
He explains why they don't sell the Jabsco anymore. I bought one there, works great!
