IC Pump Location

Hey guys I am getting ready to dive into replacing the IC pump and installing fans on the IC heat exchanger. My question is is possible to mount the IC pump in its stock location with two 6.5 fans sitting there? If its not possible where is the next best place to put the Ic pump. Thanks

Ditch the stock pump and get a real pump, mount it on the fenderwell underneath the oil filter.

Thats what I am doing. I got a Johnsone IC Pump. Anybody else have other ideas.

I'd say yes. There is a little sheet metal arm on the backside of the heat exchanger that I attached my Johnson pump to; that thing can be bent way out of the way if the fans interfere....
