Yeah I did. My Tyclone will be more of a Ty than a clone now! lol
DETAILS:
1992 GMC Typhoon black/black #2040
- 89,999.7 miles
- Clear TX title
- New 245/50/16 Cooper tires
- Boyd 16" billet wheels
- $3000 spent on rebuilt motor & turbo 7 months ago
- rebuilt trans I believe within 24 hours of the crash
- front end questionable what parts are good.
all cladding good except front bumper cover, left front fender, back right and back left corners, and under driver door...
- near perfect interior!
The owner was drunk and pulled out on to a highway THE WRONG WAY! There is a smell of beer in the front seat and pieces of broken beer bottle on the floor. I believe that has something to do with why he didnt claim it on insurance.
After over a decade of dreaming of getting a Typhoon... I finally got one! Too bad its junk! hahaha
I will have better pictures of it for you tomorrow with it all washed up on the trailer.

Right on......glad you are looking at this tragedy in positive way......I'd be so pissed that I could eat nails and spit out barbed wire.....I myself, just had my leaf springs replaced......I'd been driving around now for over a year wtih the drivers side broken......probably screwed up the rear end...*sighs*...that will be the next project for the money pit...lol.....GOD I love throwing money into my Typhoon!!!

I just installed the fog lights on my truck this week. That alone was worth the purchase price of the truck! haha
