Buying my 92' Typhoon 5 months ago has been one of my biggest mistakes I've made in a long time. It's been a money pit, and trying to find someone that can work on one has been extremely difficult. I'll never buy another.

I could probably dig up 1000 threads on this forum complaining about how these trucks are money pits, difficult to find parts for, very few people know how to work on them, ect ect.

It's not really a secret around here, shit go check out the New Members forum, I bet youll find a majority of the "Hi, I just bought a Syclone/Typhoon" threads are immediately followed up but a reply saying "Sorry" :lol:

Sorry to hear that youre having such a hard time with your truck, hopefully you can sell it and buy a Honda or Camaro thats easier to work on.

Ha i like how everyone complaines about the seats on the 92 an 93's!!!!! Who really gets to drive there Typhoon that much?? Mine sits and just looks pretty on stands (like most of us on here). I have not been able to sit in my 92 to speculate wether the seat is shitty or not or the 93 seat maybe better?? Really does it matter? And as for if the 93 is better than the 92 Who really cares!!! They could have painted a damn photo of the BeeGee's on the side of these trucks and i would still want one!!! Its a turbo jimmy what more could you ask for. So i say let my 92 look ugly and have uncofortable seats it still beats camaro's and mustangs with much more comfortable seats in emm

I agree, who cares if its a '92 or '93 ? They all breakdown the same!

lol mine gave me a bunch of shit when i first got it, has been my daily driver over a year and have not had any problems now in months lol.. I kbnow i know i just jinked myself.. wonder what will happen to it tommrow now.

I drive my 92 Typhoon every day she has 195k. Dam engine wont die, Have another waiting collecting dust. Saving my 93 in the Garage. :)
