1. Block rear wheels
2. Jack truck up, support with jack stand
3. Remove wheel
4. Remove inner fender well
5. Spray waste gate rod, where it attached to turbo with PB blaster or =.
6. Remove cotter pin
7. Loosen 10mm jamb nut
8. Turn turbo to waste gate connector in or out. (In for more boost)
9. Tighten jam nut
10. Replace cotter pin
11. Replace wheel
12. Lower jack
13. Test drive before replacing wheel well.
14. With waste gate properly adjusted, replace inner fender well
