how do you get balanced fuel psi?

my exhaust smells really rich since i installed the ultimate. so i hooked up the datamaster to see whats up. my short term counts are a lil high but nothing too significant, but the long term is pretty high, and my O2 volts are about 1100 on WOT runs... i tried leanin out the fuel psi a couple lbs to see if that would help. it brought down the 02 volts and the long term counts a lil bit, but it makes my truck idle like shit.

how do you balance everything out? id like to lean out the fuel more in the top end, and still maintain a decent idle.

If you are sure all the mechanicals and ignition components are good, a custom chip may be needed.

Mechanicals can include injectors, IAC, vacuum leaks, fuel pump, filter, blowby, etc. Things affecting ignition include distributors, pickup coils, modules, ecms, wires, plugs, battery, alternator, etc.
