How do I check FPR?

I was wondering how I check to see if my AFPR(Kenny Bell) is working properly?

I checked the fuel pressure with a calabrated guage. I saw 62 pounds of fuel at 15 psi of boost when the base was set at 50psi. :( I know that I should have seen 65. I replaced the fuel filter about 1000 miles ago.

To check the fuel pump (walbro 255) I cranked the fuel pressure way up I saw 85psi so I don't think thats it.

Any ideas.

Have you checked for any vacuum leaks? Actually it would be a boost pressure leak. Just a small leak would do that.

That makes sense, I found a small leak between the intercooler and the intake. I have tried resealling the hose by moving the hose clamps around with no luck so far. I guess I need to get a new IC to intake hose. Any ideas?

A leak there shouldn't affect the FP, since your boost gauge is showing 15 pounds. I was refering to a leak in the vacuum lines themselves. The bad thing about that, is a leak might not show up under vacuum but under boost it might leak due to the pressure, causing your FP not to rise equally with boost pressure. Check out all your vac hoses and fittings associated with the FPR. I had similar problem on my truck a few years back. The leak only showed up under boost. Good Luck
