What about when you use the shields that I posted about earlier in this thread if they don't come with the bulbs already?

also in this pic of his it doesn't look like these kits cause much glare at all compared to standard right?

I don't think the problem is his kit necessarily. Nothing wrong with trying to bring a nice HID kit to the community.

The limiting factor here is housing technology.

Lets see one kit first before we pass judgment

My same thoughts, I'm sure the kits are good quality, but putting hids in a halogen projector in a P.I.T.A. for everyone else.

The housings that he's using look of good quality to me and there not cheap price-wise plus the buick guys seem to really like the kits so I think i'm going to pickup a kit.. I'll take pics of the install and the end result for all you bastards to see

Since my H4 conversion lights off eBay were shit, I plan on using some Benz E55 Bi zenon HID projectors and retrofitting them in. Anyone else do it? I'll post pics when I start the project.

I have sold over 30 kits with no problems at all.

All I got was excellent results. Everyone that bought my kit was happy with how easy the installation was and how these hid's made a huge difference over the halogens.

What ballasts do you use, or are included in the kit. I planned on using Hella Gen III. I didnt relaly read the thread too well. How much are your kits going for. And whats included. Thanks!

Did anything come of this?

I send a kit to boostepimp and never gotten a response from him.

From the 20+ kits I already sold never got a ONE complaint. I sold over 50 hids in 2 months time with no problems what so ever. I have been selling these kits for over a year now.

I am ready to do a group buy for anyone interested. I need at least 10 kits to get a good price.

For anyone want a kit just pm or e-mail me at buick@hawaii.rr.com

Jackson,

I did the install a while back which i posted pics above in post #46 but only had the truck rolling for two days until I ran into some things that caused me to put her up on jack stands for awhile.. I didn't get any pics of the quality of beam your kit projects which is why you haven't heard much out of me lately.. actually the truck is still on jackstands right now because I snapped a U bolt on the traction bars/leafs.. waiting for that to come in from camper bob's and have to get a battery tray fabb'd up to fit in my engine bay for my odyssey pc680 battery then i'll get some pics

$300 is kind of steep IMO, I've seen them substantially cheaper elsewhere online.... in more than one place

You have to remember that these come pre-wired to fit your factory wiring along with quality glass housings as well. The install took me all of 10 minutes.. the only time consuming part is figuring out where to mount everything especially in my case because I never have my innter fenders installed to help with heat and weight plus it only gets driving in nice weather.

I should have my sy alive this weekend.. i'll take pics and post them up of the output/cutoff etc hopefully

$300?

I am supplying all what is needed to convert your halogens to hid's. If you piece it together you will probaly pay close to or even more but I get everything to you one time so you don't have to get it at different places. The kits are tested before shipment with warranty. The replacement lamps are excellent quality (I tried to find a cheaper source but could not beat the quality of these lamps plus they look stock). The H4 bi-xenon kit that I sell has the H4 shield already on the bulb.

The price will not be $300 will be a bit lower since I got a lower price on my hid source. I do offer a cheaper hit which is not a bi-xenon kit you can save $40 but only got halogen on the high beams.

Sounds resonable to me. BUT I want matching fog lights. Nothing worse than yellow fog light and sun white headlights. Got this in the mix yet???

Sure matching for lights will be no problem to get.

Just making sure the fog lights uses a H3 bulb.
