i also found this guy on e-gay , here is the item number 250058017866 , the item is for diffrent rims but at the bottom he offers 18 x 12 z06's . i called to get a price on the combo james thomas talked about , 18x 9.5 w/ 275/35 and 18x12 w/ p315/30 mounted on chrome z06's , he's said he'll call me back on monday , i'll post the price once i find out.

Currently on factory B/O from Factory Reproductions :tdown: but........... they are expecting the new shipments just any time for the chrome ones. They do have the silver and I think raw unpainted wheel in stock as of last week though! So it's Danen's truck that has the 12's with 345's on it. I'm waiting on the 12 in. rears to ship but I have the tires already and all I can say is..... DAMN those 345/30/18 B.F.G. Drag Radials look so sweet!
Danen, the fronts are 295's right? What spacer did you use?

Jimmy at Bones (the vendor above) is a good guy and they have good service but the prices are kinda high to me, specialy the tires! He quoted me like $430 ea. on the 345's and that was a Donlop, said he couldn't get the Drag Radial, the wheels were like $320 ea. and that's where the conversation stopped. I wanted to get them in a hurry but for that kinda money I decided to just wait. They can be had cheaper, call around. If there is enough interest to do a group buy, I can purchase direct from Factory Reproductions. I waited and ordered mine on my last stock order. I have to make a min. 12 wheel purchase though.

I got all 4 used tires off ebay for less than what i could have paid for one new rear.
I got the wheels off ebay a year or two ago now. Paid right at 1K for all four.

Think you better call & ask for sure cause it says add on service plus postage etc. etc. and its the add for the "2 18" wheels", :dunno: but I bet you lunch it's not four chome wheels for $600 total? So let's see 2 painted 18X12's @ $450 + $300 ($150 per wheel) for
chrome + $80 shipping for the chrome = shipping to you ? Grand total $?????
Not trying to be an ass, just trying to be clear? Their add is not real clear and is pretty "taxing" to my simple mind anyway. If you get a for sure cost let me know because I am now courious to see if they can sell these retail cheaper than we can buy direct?

But they are 18x9.5 fronts and 12's rear....... right? What was the spacer you used front and rear to clear and do you have stock front A-arms? DAMN nice looking Sy you have :tup: !

I have the RPM coilovers and CBR 13" vett brakes with camaro calipers. The fronts are the same 9.5in wheel and offset as the GS. I have no rubbing problems with the wheels and suspension, but my ITS minigate that is on my RPM downpipe turbo kit does go into that finder a little, and could rub if the situation was just right. Hasent happened yet but, a hard bump with almost full lock might do it. (not worried about it)
NO SPACERS ON THE FRONT
1/4in Slide on spacers in the rear, they are tiny and will be needed. My tires still rub my frame when i go up small curbs and what not. I would have gone with a bigger spacer/adapter , but i didnt want my tires sticking out like some 13" wires. And any bigger slide on would have only left 1-2 threads for the nuts.
If you want to save yourselfs some headaches, dont get the 12"s for the rear, they are to big. 315's on 11's look the same size, and dont have any rubbing problems w/o any type of spacer.

Thanks for the info Danen, much appericated :tup: ! I saw the light scuff marks on your frame and started measuring and doing mock ups on my Ty. I may have (not sure yet) just a hair more room, don't know if this is a Sy vs.Ty thing or just production tolerances but the difference in the 17" 315 & the 18" 345 BFG Drag Radial is a little over an inch wider on the 345 for the rear, and if I have to "dimple" the frame I will do that first or use slightly longer studs and different spacer thickness. I want to go 18"s and I have the tires already and the wheels are on B/O, just waiting. It will be very much worth the look I want and really won't be that hard., in fact with my measurments I think (hear again no actual wheel to bolt up yet) but I think a 1/8 spacer is gonna do the rear just fine. Few minites on the mill and I can do any slide on I need so no biggie

This companies web site is a bit confusing. They don't list a ph contact, e-mail only and I have sent them 3 over the last week to verify their prices and "send out chrome" service with no response? Any one here from these people or know them? Whole deal sound kinda flakey to me with no ph # and not willing to respond?
BTW, as of yesterday the 18x12's are still on B/O from Factory Reproductions :roll: according to Steve!

Hey James Thomas, since your are a dealer for factory repros, im wanting to get a set of the IROC Chrome 18x8 wheels with 5x4.75 lug pattern to go on my GT, and plan to have the rear widened to an 18x12 so i can run the same 345/30 18 BFG tires as you. I wqas wanting to find out what kind of deal you could get me on a a set of these IROCS?
Ive seen them all over ebay for around 600 bucks give or take, but if i can posibbly get a better deal id rather help out a fellow board member than ebay.
