My ty has no boost and stumbles a bit. I NEED HELP!! Need to fix so i can get to Radiohead tomorrow!!

the truck is basically stock.All i have done is change the fuel pump. I am also getting a lean code Before and after fp swap. havent driven much , stumble off idle for sure dont know about wot.

i put in racetronix kit so am assuming is good. i ahave a snapon scanner do display live data if it helps.

check intercooler to throttle body connection. it might look good but it could be pulled apart.

Well i am now getting boost but runs rough after?? then clears? afr shows 14.7 at idle 12.8 on boost and showing a lean code?? bad o2?

Your O2 sensor will F everything up if it goes bad. Datamaster usually lets you know if its toast. AFPR can cause issues. Mine did. Check vacuum lines. Spray carb cleaner around and see if RPMs rise. If they rise after spraying it in a certain area then you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Blow compressed air into wastegate canister. Check to make sure you didnt burn through a plug wire at the down pipe.

I did find one of the plug wires not snapped down properly. could this be my stumbling problem? now seems to be boosting. if i am showing a lean code and the afr is 14.7 idle and wot is 12.7 is this contradictory? i looked at the plugs and they are slightly black. ant thought?

If your Ty has been driven for any amount of time with the plug wire not snapped down it can effect you STerm and LT Counts for fuel. I would put in new plugs pull the ground cable off the battery to reset the computer. Then just take it for a nice drive and let the ECM relearn its fuel tables.

the o2 mV starts our at 100+ then drops, when it hits 4mV the engine light comes on.

Does it break up/sputter under mild boost at mid rpm or higher? If so, you and I MIGHT be chasing the same problem.
Long story on mine. But I still haven't found it. So I'll be watching to see what you come up with. So far I put in the Walboro, Racetronix harness, AFPR, new distributor, and new cat converte.
But my problem included the addition of L35 heads so our problems might have nothing to do with one another.
Have you pulled the plugs yet?
Does it break up/sputter under mild boost at mid rpm or higher? If so, you and I MIGHT be chasing the same problem.
