heater motor

trying to find a motor for a a non AC heater bot the one I had burnt out. I got one from Auto Zone swapped the fan and it sticks in too far the fan on the old motor sticks out 3 inches the fan on the new is 3.5 inches due to the shaft not being tapered the whole way down to get the fan close to the motor housing. anyone have this problem replacing the motor or have tip where I can find the right motor. Thanks

did they sell you Part # PM113??


they should have sold you Part # PM112

it was an aftermarket one unimotor, didn't see either part number heading back tomorrow will bring those numbers thanks

its autozone, everything is aftermarket

its not a successful job unless I make at least 4 trips to get the part.
