Heads

So i have a set of heads with casting number 10235772.
My question is are these vortec heads, and whats the cfm difference between these and the 98 and later Vortec heads? Also are the later 98 and new vortec heads alum or cast?
Looked in the vault and all it said was that its a head from 96.

all GM heads that were installed on anything driven off a dealers lot had cast iron heads.

772 should be a vortec head. no real difference in cfm's on any stock vortec head.
