Harmonic Balancer

The SBC chevy balancers work for the 90degree V6s like ours. I am currently using the FuidDamper/StreetDamper from Summit. The only problem was having to bend the little timing tang up a little. The offer smaller dampers that would be a direct fit, but you pay about $80.00 or more for the full Fluidamper. Check the Summit catalog, you will see they list for the Small Block Chevy and 90degree V6s.
I do think the damper made a difference, the engine seems to rev smoother throughout the RPM range.
