refilling the IC after reinstall
refilling the IC after reinstall
Some info about refilling the IC.
About filling the CAC up again with coolant::idea:
When the lower CAC is installed and the hoses connected to the upper, disconnect the most upper hose who should be connected (at the rad.) to the pump.
remove your filling cap on the CAC.
Then fill it thru this hose.
When its almost full keep the hose as high as possible and keep filling so the cac is also filled up a bit.
lower the hose quickly and reconnect it to the CAC.
Then fill upp the last bit into the CAC.
This way most air pockets are avoided. Run the pomp after filling it up for the last few bubles.
Never fill it thru the hose on the upper side of the lower CAC, air will be trapped in and is :talkpoo:. to get the air pockets out.
Good luck for the rest of you who have to install the lower CAC.
