There is no way they are going to total it. You drove it home didnt you? As for the paint work on the rear door they might throw in some extra money for that but not thousands of dollars. I was always told that the insurance company will replace back to stock unless you notified them with receipts of all the extra items you have prior to any accidents or thief.

You're truck doesn't have a salvage title does it? The wheels remind me of one I test drove about 5 years ago.
