- Blower on the IAT sensor: attempt to get lower reading so more fuel/timing is added
- The upper heat exchanger has a shield on it

"still dont understand" That was my project. The picture is of only half of the system. I was in the midst of repairing it. It was some outside the box thinking. Explanation: The upper IC was milled flat. On top of IC, 12 thermoelectric "Peltier effect" coolers. On top of coolers, large heat sink. Fan ducted to heat sink to remove heat. Enclosure around IC shielded heat and clamped cooler down. Total current of 90 amps would bring the top of IC to freezing. Inlet air temps only dropped by ~25 degrees "Damn thermodynamic laws" .

Heh, one of the highlights was putting those led valve caps on Renz's Subie. We were all rooting for him and he thought that he was doing stuff REALLY funny becuase of how much we were laughing at him

I agree the Pittsburgh meets were a lot of fun. I would also try to make it if another were planned again.

As we have seen with the planning for the Homecoming meet this year, and other meets for that matter, the event revolves around scheduling the track. It is my understanding that the track that hosted the Extravaganza in the past has increased their rates *considerably* and may not be willing to host anything on the weekend. So, the $64,000 question is "how important is the track to an event?". I enjoy making passes as much as anyone else but, it's not a make or break issue for me. From what I have seen from the numerous events that I have attended, not everyone is interested im going down the 1320 anyways... If there was another PA meet, would people be willing to make the trip *just* to hang out? I enjoy meeting folks who I only know as a screen name so, I would still attend

Waaaaaaaaaaahhhhh ....I didn't know you missed me so much during the times I missed at the meets? LOL.

I was fine for the Pitt meets. Well I didn't get up early at the Pitt meets but thats just me. Just sick at 06 Nats starting Friday night (actually crashed at a hotel off 80 for a couple days after dropping Derek off at his car at your house) and Homecoming felt ill half of the Saturday. I was fine for the rest of homecoming.

I will be getting a bit healthier now anyway .... No choice anymore haha.... Got diabetes yippeee. So its diet time now.

I would try to go track or not. The first Pittsburgh meet track day was rained out and we all still had a blast or at least I know I had a good time.
