I have been installing PG floors for a year now, but worked with PG for few years before I bought a franchise. The coating are top notch (but I am biased). It will stand up to brake fluid for 2 hours. Oil & tranny fluid will not stain it. I charge $4.00/ft. - but everyone sets their own prices. The owner in Westchester is Michael Partlow. I called him and left a message saying you were going to call and to take care of you. I don't know if he will or not. I know the Long Island owner and he is a hell of a guy.
The rubber tiles are fine if you have a car that does not run (ohh bad analogy for Sy/Ty guys) but if you use your garage- they move constantly and just hope you dont drop milk or anything under the tiles- it will smell. I have personally removed the tiles from 2 garages of unhappy people.
