Fuel Pump Help

I have new walbro and hotwire kit I installed it and it's not working someone said to check fuel pump relay any body have any ideas to help me im wondering now if the old one was actually bad or some other problem

There are two relays on the firewall in between the brake booster and drivers side fender. Swap those two around and see if that helps. If it does, I believe the one on the right side is for the fuel pump.

Check the ecm b fuse and there should be a wire with nothing connected too it on the firewall that's to test the pump put 12v to it .
