Tried to find the link, can't find it, but what I did was searched for o-rings 1/8" thick and a diameter just a bit smaller than the cap and found a company that had them for like $1-1.50 each. That was 5 years ago.:2cents:

About $15 for a bag of 10. My local Grainger usually has them in stock, and if not, they come in the next day.

Another option:
O-rings have generic numbers. These are 260N70. The 260 is the dimensions, and the N70 is the durometer.
