It seems like both guys simply got their wires crossed, I doubt very seriously one is trying to put something over on the other intentionally. Seems like both guys should come to some sort of gentlemans agreement, it would probably take less time than bashing one another back and fourth on here.

yea....I really don't think Dawg is doing anything different than what anyone else would do if the transaction didn't go correctly or as promised. I really don't think you can jump on someone just because he's a noob. Just so happens that his first transaction hasn't gone as planned. He may have jumped on a little soon....but along those same lines....it's been a while and the transaction still isn't satisfied. Just my opinion though.

I am very disappointed with the fact that i was scammed and even more disappointed by the bashing i have been getting from forum members. MrNurse lied to me and to forum members about the details of our transaction. I put what he did out so forum members know whats going on and i get bashed for being new. I even accepted some of the blame publicly to try to resolve this issue. The guy said he was broke and needed the money so i guess it was worth it to him to rip me off. The money is gone and he has not contacted me and probably will not because everyone on the forum blames me for this being new and being ripped off

Any stereo shop can make you a box for 50-60 . From the quick read , it appears you lacked the extra shipping costs , and what ever they may be , give it to a reputable shop and have them make you a box . yes your disappointed , but at least you got something for your money . Some get disappointed , AND get nothing . Take it as a lesson learned and better public communication next time may help avoid all this again .
Your join date doesnt have much meaning on this transaction , maybe his syty selling exit plan and your arrival was just a bad pair . Either way he is gone , just a previous owner from here out . Take your shoes off and stay awhile , this situation isnt really the norm around here .

It is hard not to come out and state your disappointment with a bad transaction. Dawg should have posted all the communication at first, but that is a lesson learned. The fact of the matter it is 2 weeks since the "apparent resolve" and it over yet.

ok, guys, for real, I am not here every day. i did sell my sy and i miss it. i tried to make an agreement and ship him his items in a very timely manner. he turns around and posts his distaste for a quick shipment saying that i did not give him time to respond. no, I have not shipped the box yet, i have been working shift work and have not had the time, and because he bashed me for quick shippment i figured he was in no hurry. i have not screwed anyone over. nor did i try to. i see that i am just "a previous owner" now.
he is complaining that he has the speakers and the sub woofer and no box. i have a box and no speaker or truck to put it in, what good would keeping the box do me???? you want a price for shippment, $35.00 to my paypal and i will ship it. this is not an exact cost for shipping but i am not going to waste my time running around getting an exact quote for someone that is talking crap about me.
