Frame off rebuild

Ok guys , gonna start an off the frame rebuild. Any short cuts or really difficult things I will encounter? Any input will be appreciated.

Hardest part on the whole truck is cladding removal

If u get new rubbers, dont throw away the old ones before u installed the new ones.
