There was a muffler shop by me who had a maroon colored one with the v8 and spray on it. He left it outside during the day. He tried to sell that truck for years and never could with the spray on it. He removed it and told everyone it was stock and finally got rid of it. I thought it was a nice truck and enjoyed looking at it when I was up in town.

That one is in the same town the maroon one was in that i would always see. I wonder if this was it and they did a full repaint on it?
some specs I found,
The Saleen Explorer XP8 offers a standard 5.0 Liter V8 outputting 222 HP and 298 lbs.-ft of torque. Also available is a supercharger package producing 286 HP and 333 lbs.-ft of torque
