Floor Mats

Has anyone ever purchased floor mats from here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7973053569&category=33697 ? If so were you happy with the quality and embroidery of the mats? I just wanted to make sure they weren't junk and that the lettering was in the syclone font. Thanks for any info!

I bought a set from www.usspeed.com and I am very happy with the quality.. the logo is towards the center of the mat and is also larger. The logo embroidering is very good quality aswell.

Did you get black or graphite to match the interoir? I dont think the mats in my truck are black but could be faded? thanks.

i got the graphite floor mats, they match pretty close to the stock carpet (stock carpet is not black)

I guess the graphite and red would be the best match for the sy? I'm probably gonna get the red vinyl binding too.

Do not go with the Mats in that auction.

US Speed offers mats of similar quality to what RK Kustom sold back in the day.
They offer both Syclone and Typhoon scripts in a ton of colors.
Also you can get fronts rear and cargo area mats all embroidered.

I got the USSpeed mats and they are great. Don't make the same mistake I did and get the black though, they look silly as the carpet is more of a gray color.

Yeah, wish I would have known before. They look awesome but just a little off. If I had it to do over again I would have gone with the graphite (Or which ever are lighter than the black ones) ones.

I was wondering about this. Can one just order a black S10 Blazer/Jimmy carpet replacement and pull the seats/center console and swap it all out? What's the cost to go to black carpet and the best source for anyone that's already done it?

I just put in new carpet last weekend..

I used black carpet from http://www.auto-interior.com/ and total cost shipped to me was $190. The insulation was about another $30 to cover the entire floorboard.

The black carpet looks great IMO.

no.. i didnt take any.. right now all the seats are back in. It does seem alot more 'new' with the carpet replaced.

The carpet I bought was premolded but not precut for bolts or the center console, I just put a slit down the carpet in the areas needed. Overall it took about 1 full day for removal of seats and old carpet and installation of new carpet and seats back in.

In that 2nd pic the back area has the new carpet (not the side wheelwheels, but these carpet pieces are included with the place I ordered from)

The only pieces not included are the reat tailgate hatch carpet and the carpet on the swinging part of the back seat. You can see in the pics how although it doesnt match perfectly its pretty close.

I'll take some pics tomorrow of the floormats and some more interior shots w/ the new carpet.

im about to order these today as my new Typhoon has PERFECT carpet, but some ugly old mats....

im curious, whats up with the rear seat mats.... why is it not 2 different mats like up front, but rather its one large that goes all way over???

All GM suv's are like that... I think it's simply because it was easier to make / because there isnt a console in the center to cover the carpet. My ty had a 2 peice Cannon red/black heavy duty rubber mat set over the factory mat in back.... factory mats got lost in the process, but I did like those other mats...

I've seen these but they do not look anything like the Ty ones I currently have in the truck. Are these the way stock ones should look? If not pics of stockers? I can take a pic of my set but a have PIC problems here. See sig. I still can't upload an avatar.
