First time out

I finally made it out to a dragstrip in my Ty, not to mention my first time actually racing at a dragstrip . Luckily I had Dan(PPI Typhoon) and Ben(ThaJokr) to show me around out there! Thanks Doods! :tup:

We headed out to Speedworld, which was quite a ways out of Phoenix...not to mention I had already traveled a little over 450 miles in my bone stock(beyond a few stock IC mods), +weight :wink: :rotf: , daily driver Typhoon from Farmington to Glendale

Anyway, we gassed up with some 100 octane, I was prolly running 5 gallons of 91, and 5 of 100, so ~95 mixed (at the track) It was way cool outside so that helped alot too. I managed 3 runs...

1st run(ever ):
1.9 60ft
13.9 1/4 @96.9MPH

2nd:
1.9 60ft
13.7 1/4 @97.5MPH

3rd:
1.8 60ft
13.7 1/4 @96.7MPH

I was just tickled that I didnt get a 20 something my first time out :rotf:

Well, thats my first racing thread....I still feel that I could have done a smidge better, but I guess thats what this stuff does to you :rock:
