FAST Meet Racing Bad News

Homestead Speedway will be closed for drag racing until Feb 3rd. I will find out about Countyline, how many would want to make about a 30-40 minute drive to get there? Sorry, just got the call about the track from my friends who work there.

Bummer. Homestead is such a nice setup too.

30-40 mins standard driving time, or 30-40 min Gary/Adam style?

As a buddy who runs a 1000 hp Vette told me at the Vette metting tonight, "Countyline is ghetto racing". Kind of like Oviedo. Track prep is supposed to be good, crowd is younger and much wider variety of cars there. Track emergency crews are a little questionable too I hear.

I will just be watching the racing but do look forward to seeing some. I don't mind 30-40 minutes at all. Hell thats way closer then I am to a track where I live.
