Selling my typhoon. Needs a engine . or engine work. ( pulled and gone through) Lost compression, no boost condition. I believe the rings are bad or worst case the block is cracked. That's why it needs either a engine, or engine work Turbo is good. A lot of other stuff is good as well

Truck was a project when I bought, and was not perfect.

Black/argent silver
All cladding is on vehicle.
Has 126k on the odometer.
Newer transmission installed recently
Replaced transfer case
Heavy duty prop shaft laying around
New radiator and heater core
New bilstien shocks
Wheels/centercaps/lock and keys
Key fob wireless door unlocker
Leather interior.
Paint is slight fade on one side, glossy on the other.
Truck has l35 heads. Comp roller rockers.
JE Forged pistons. Eagle Forged rods. Program 4 bolt main caps
Kenne belll cold air intake and fpr stock chip and injectors
Borla 3 inch cat back exhaust.

Forged rods and counter parts, When I removed the snapped dip stick

What truck looked like when I brought it home, You can see the faded paint along door/down the body. I believe it is the original paint, just faded.

Truck is sold.

Guy came a little while ago to come load on trailer. He bought it for his wife.

I prepare vehicle. Cleaned it out. And pointed it in a direction to wave good bye. Here buyer says he never strapped something down on a trailer, I said I will give you a hand. ( I also have food poisoning again right now so I am very lethargic or deathly ill. How ever you want to look at it. So I start at front to load the truck down and some strange ass noise came from his tow rig. " when good things go bad"... The hitch assembly had severed/sheared off and was just dangling. Never a dull moment.

Did it go for $4300? Just so if people on here contact the seller he doesn't try to blow the price out of the water on them.

Doesn't every one know Kenne bell and Jim bell?

Especially in the syclone and typhoon world.

What did you think was wrong with it? I was going to go look at it. But he doesn't seem like he has any clue what it's doing

I told him it needs a new block. I took the truck completely apart in the dead of winter here in PA.

Couldn't find any other problem aside from no boost. Pistons were fine ( the better JE pistons) A ring could be cracked loosing compression. I did a compression test and found out my gauge was broke.

I put all new silicon vac lines on so rule that out. When I sold him the truck, I drove it up on his trailer.

I have a good feeling he could of taken some stuff apart and ended up breaking something. Causing more problems and additional costs.
