Well I Got My Exhaust Manifold From Js Manuf. Back I Bought It From 12secsy , Good Weld Job! As Mine Was Cracked , I Am Recovering This Weekend, From Last Weekends Install Of The Right Side Exhaust Manifold Install!! What A Pita!! It Took Me 2 Days And Lots Of Beer And Patience! If Anyone Is Planning On Tackling One Of These Jobs Get A Manifold Spreader It Will Save You Lots Of Headaches! When I Took Off The Old Manifold It Fell Apart In 2 Pieces, Cracked All The Way Around.the End Result Was Worth It Truck Runs Great Now! Thanks To Js And 12secsy!!

Ive installed mine 3 times now. If it comes apart again(which might be very soon) Im getting headers. I had to use a speader and a torch to get mine on, they had been off the truck for a year plus I had a crack welded up and never thought to bolt them to my old heads before having it done which might have made them worse. Definately one of the worst things about these trucks, mine still leak by the way so Ive got to do it at least one more time

NO LEAKS ON MINE BEEN DRIVING IT ALL WEEK ,THAT SUCKS THAT YOURS STILL LEAK, HEADERS ARE VERY XPENSIVE !12secondSY said:Ive installed mine 3 times now. Or, instead of getting a spreader, buy some good oven mitts :tup: I had to do the pass side on my truck cause it was cracked... put the replacement in the oven and baked it at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes. pulled that bad boy out of the oven, rushed it to the truck, bolted right up. had it on in 5 minutes. :tup: seriously, 5 minutes. no spreader, no busted knuckles, no headache.
