Escutcheon question...

Just curious.. has anyone on here ever put escutcheons on a Sy? I know most guys are not much into these plastic trim pieces but I actually think it gives it a good look with the cladding (it goes good together). I have an extra set and thought about trying them on the Sy.

I have a brand new set sprayed gloss black that I was gonna put on the Sy... Probably still will... Might even find a set for my 93 Ty too... I like em!!

Chip did you finally get the truck out of the garage.? I like the door escutcheon .We all know the 93 trucks should have had them on !

No, still on jack stands. This was May 2015, coming back from a rained out Rons Burger cruise in. It went into the shop that night, up on jackstands, and hasn't budged since. Gonna try & work on the intercooler fan bracket this weekend. Have another week vacation coming up in a couple of weeks. Will try to get her going by then?!?!

Thx for the pic. I think I'll wear'em:tup: Now I just gotta get em out f my stash in the garage. I think I have 2 sets. I'll post pics once they're on. Neat looking SGT btw.

Whats the best way to stick these back on...took my ty to the car wash and the driver side fell off.
3m double sticky tape?

Clean the surfaces really well with isopropyl alcohol to remove any oils/waxes.....and other things. :)

Hahaha I ripped them bitches off, sold em on eBay, and never looked back! But hey, some people like the altezzas too...
