what type of billet 4 bolt caps are you guys using on your rebuilt? where do I buy them from and how much is it usually for a complete set?

I used caps from GM. Just order the ones for a small block. Two bolt for the front and splayed 4 bolts for the middle.
The only source for a billet steel rear cap that I'm aware of is Program Machine.

I chose to stay with the stock rear main cap for cost reasons, but Dean bought one for his build, very nice piece.
