edited a bin and burned my first chip *grins

I changed the rpm cutoff from 4600 to 6000 for now...
OMG I found the second sweet spot that the L35 has at 4500 RPM
It was so nice not hitting the rev limiter by mistake...

I am interested in burning my own chips. Where do I get the software and hardware required? Also where is the documentation on all the parameters to change?

I am pretty seasoned with tuning on a PCM in my 04 Impala SS but it's all windows point and click pretty much and I am using a WB on it.
