We understand that maybee driving your Sy could bee diffikult, but any chanse U will come to the nat´s??

If so in a wheelchair, would be fun meeting anyhow.. maybee race a wheelchair race on 60`times??

Hoover sold their Sy, recond U still got your´s left, would be nice to see what ET your get out of your Sy with the big turbo´s on, and the Beast unleashed..

I highly doubt he is coming. It didn't seem like he was coming to Nats before his recent medical problems.

Whell when Robert shoot the 8 to oblivion, that seems to made Hoovers to sell their Sy and Ed to lost motivation to go on.. but they have been at it for the 8 for so long so now when Robert finaly have the funds and a funktional Sy to come to the nat´s I thought the "other" challenger would turn up for a fast folks meet at the nat´s..

Yes Hoovers will show up maybee with their new toy fine then we will finaly meet..

Ed is what we read here betvine the lines.. "not coming"....and never would done that.. sorry.His loss.

No Matt. that did´nt scar anyone away . all things has there own reasons but admit there was bouth fun and exitment in the chase for the 8 and that did end here..

The aumont of money to go to next level ( 7 ) you need "oncle scrougge`s fortune" thats not possible yet

And yes I know with your 9.004 run and your "all over the track launches" had been straight instead the 8 had been yours, we bouth know that..

The difference in Your,Ed´s and Roberts way to launch the Sy did pay off to Roberts advantidge. the Power bouth U and Robert´s Sy have, and lots of it to,did make them low 9 to high 8 second sy´s but the difference I think is in chassie and launch teknik

It will be great to meet and talk even to se your new "toy"..

Sorry to say, but when Robert deside to take his truck to YOUR straight and aproved tracks with good traktion right elevation right humidity and in US, non of the others can come to that track..
Now it is "no no come to this track instead or here or there" still they have had at least 1½-2 month to settle down the buissnes times, vacations, money or whatever exuses dropping by now to comes to the nats...

Years before it was come to the nat´s.. equal terms ...

So here WE are, where are the others???

On the years gone by, this discusion have been on for as long as I been on this forum, US tracks against European/Swedish. still we use YOUR NHRA rules.. and we even heard there are several "short tracks" in US there are non over here.. we have no tracks build specially for dragracing ONLY its airstripps or other racetracks with a loong straight

Funny though, I´m also on a Nova forum (http://www.stevesnovasite.com/) and theres NO discution what so ever about tracks in different countrys..

Ok Hoovers did get "an offer he could´nt refuse" so they sold the truck, sorry it happened before the nats..we`ll still be meeting and talk to Hoover at the nats

Ed Hess injured a knee, should be fixed by now, but rehab and buissnes keeps him away?

More fast Sys "dont have the safety gears and are not alowed on that and that track" ??

96 or 97 I THINK.. that Turbo is huge, like a 6month baby, first time I saw it, and held it in my lapp, when enyojing Roberts strong coffe, that big and that heavy..
