does it idle high when you crank it and it runs for a few sec. check eng. light on? yes it will run if the ecu is bad "limp mode"

where are you located. I have a spare ecu and a 2 bar you can try. if the work then you can buy them. if not just give them back. I know what its like to start throwing parts at the truck.

Oh look, another helper in your area.

My ECM went bad once and hte truck ran great til whatever waswrong in the ECM decided to cut the truck out and die. It was VERY intermitent. Usually after20 minutes of driving but got progressively worse after abuot a week to the point I couldnt go on.

my Sy runs fine but idles high and CE light stays on, it revs out also ?

Does limp mode restrict how it revs ?
